Evoke Change, Embrace Growth
Relational Therapy starts with your relationship with self
Do you feel like you’re living your life for other people? Other’s timelines, other’s expectations, other’s view of how your life “should” look…
What would it be like to drown out all the noise around you so that you can truly hear your own voice and start to live life the way you want to?
If this sounds like you, I can help.
Come home to yourself.

Relational Therapist in Nashville, Tennessee
Virtual therapy available throughout Tennessee!
Hi! I’m Rachel and I am a Relational Therapist based in Tennessee. I believe healing happens in connection. As a relational therapist, I’ll help you become more aware of and understand the patterns that show up in your relationships.
We will explore the ways you reach for others, protect yourself, and long to be seen. We will take a multi-generational look at how your experiences have shaped your sense of safety and belonging, and work toward relationships that feel more balanced, authentic, and secure.
This work will allow you to be more self-aware of how you show up in relationships and be able to not only show up for others in relationships, but also be able to show up for yourself.

1. Book a free consultation call
During this call, we’ll talk about what prompted you to reach out, I’ll answer any questions you might have and we’ll determine if we are a good fit moving forward. If you’d like to book a call, you can click here or click on any of the buttons on my website that say “book!”
2. Schedule a session
As we are winding down our call, we’ll take a look at our schedules and find a weekly time that works best for you! Meeting weekly allows us to get some good momentum in addressing the things that are important to you. I offer telehealth and in-person “walk-n-talk” sessions (weather permitting).
3. Begin the healing journey
In therapy, we will work through a systems-informed lens to determine beliefs about yourself and others that may be outdated or holding you back. Through this lens, we will work to help you feel more aligned with yourself and how you show up in your relationships.

In our first session, we will review your intake paperwork and get to know each other a little better. We will also talk about what feels important to you as you embark on this new journey, answer any questions that come up, and potentially set some goals so we have a trajectory. During our first few sessions, we will talk about your history so that I can have a deeper understanding of who and what has helped shape you.

The journey of therapy isn’t linear and each person’s experience is unique. Some days you’ll feel strong and hopeful, while other days might bring discomfort or uncertainty. Both are part of the process. Healing takes time, and together we’ll navigate the ups and downs as you move toward greater understanding, connection, and self-trust.

Sessions are 50 minutes long.
As you are starting your therapeutic journey, I recommend weekly sessions so that we can get some momentum and traction to make effective change on the things that are bringing you to therapy. Research shows that weekly therapy makes the most long-lasting impact.
